- Focus on quality but not burdened with too much process
Cons – - Experienced team but not exactly a youth movement. Could use some more young talent (and perspective) across the board
- Proximity to Bay Area
Advice to Senior Management – - Don't lose focus on quality (people and product) as growth continues
- Consider incorporating modern/social elements into offering
- Keep a close eye on the competition...which is also making compelling moves
